Initial Comments:
An unannounced off-site follow up survey conducted on December 28, 2021, found that Arcadia Home Care & Staffing had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on October 14, 2021.
